“From here you can see the events on the island. The iron tower, mountain and observatory. Access to the island is limited and allowed only to birdwatchers.”
The birdwatcher observes and studies art from a safe distance. Until he goes to the ‘ornithologist’ site, his observation is analytical, even though still not entirely professional. He sets off to a previously known location with a clear goal- to hear or see a particular bird. He does not want to be seen doing so and does therefore not enter into conflict with another observer. Althought it is essentially about individual, he joins an ‘observers club’ after a while.
